1. The journey begin when the colored PVC pellets travels through the pipes and down into the pressers. Customers can choose a wide variety of colors, please consult our customer specialist for the available colors we can offer;
2. The pellets go through an extruder and as they are forced through they are heated up from hockey punk shaped “biscuit”.
3. The biscuit has labels pressed on both sides and is shot forward to be pressed. 2000psi is applied at 300 degrees and then cooled down to 100 degrees to press the record into existence. Each is then trimmed of excess vinyl, burnished and stacked on a spindle and sit for 24 hours or more.
Packaging:
Each vinyl, after thoroughly inspected, will be packed into a white or black paper inner sleeve polylined, then it will be packed in a full color printed cardboard vinyl jacket sleeve, either 2-Panel flat cut jacket or 4-Panel Gatefold jacket case. We also provide options for artists like OBI band, gold or silver foil numbering for your newcolor vinyl LP disc pressing release!
